Welcome to DR1’s New Programme series MesterSkaberne. Every Wednesday from June 26, 2019 and the following 8 weeks you can follow my good friend and mate Anton and me, as well as many funny, beautiful and creative people in the struggle to create recycled design furniture – on a time constraint ;0) Anton and I were one of 8 couples who came through the creative needle eye and selected to participate. It has been a educational journey of dimensions, an AHA experience and a “wow the others are talented and creative and what I am doing here” experience. I have seldom been so much “on”, had so much fun and been so tired, for such a long time. The experience is best compared to being at a creative camp in an closed time warp, with the funniest, sweetest people. Participants, judges and Strong productions talented production people. A “once in a lifetime” experience. Each week, participants must compete in a small and a big creative task of creating a piece of furniture with tied recycled materials – and in the best competitive style – on time; 0) who said stress?
