THE VIOLET HOUR (IN DANISH THE BLUE HOUR)

The time of day when it begins to get dark, and until it is completely dark. I love the violet hour. I love violet/blue colors. Blue is the most popular color and it is not without reason. Studies in Europe and the United States show that blue symbolism is most often associated with harmony, fidelity, infinity, imagination, cold and sometimes with grief, and it is the most popular color chosen by almost half of both men and women as their favorite color. Blue is the color of heaven and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. In my blue garden there are many herbs in blue pots. Many herbs have blue shades and are beautiful in bluish pots, such as curry, sage, thyme, chives and lavender. The fine edible blue flowers of Borago officinalis lend themselves well to the decoration of cakes and salads. “Color has a direct influence on the soul. Color is the keyboard, the eyes are the hammers, the soul is the piano with many strings. The artist is the hand that plays, touches a key to cause vibrations in the soul. ” – Wassily Kandiski

In the world of roses, rose Rhapsody in blue is counted as the only true blue rose, but it is almost purple, and it is beautiful.
