HUNTING TROPHY IN DISGUISE

There are divided opinions about painting hunting trophies. I myself am a hunter and would never paint my own trophies but these are bought in the recycling market and therefore I have no special feelings for them- and then one must be creative ;0)

It’s simple to paint a trophy. Remove them from the plate, they sit with a single screw, and spray paint both. These are painted 3 times. Let them dry well between each paint or the spray paint will crack.

When they are well dry, they are reassembled with the screw and ready for suspension. There is easy ;0D

I have chosen to paint mine green just like the wall, as I would like the decoration to be interesting. It doesn’t take up a lot of ‘eye-space’ but gives the room a third dimension. This trophies are secondary decorations and lets pictures and furniture be what visually fills.

Hunting trophies are also fun to use as hooks.
