Usually we throw out the empty wine bottles. But with a little work, they can become the most beautiful candlesticks with any decoration. Here they are in the Christmas mood. It takes approx. 20 min. to change a recycled bottle into a candlestick and requires only a little spray paint, a little ribbon, a little embellishment, a few twigs of artificial spruce, spray glue, gold and snow glitter, a glue chair and a candle.
Start by cleaning the wine bottles. Hot water or benzine can do that. Next, spray half of the bottle. It takes approx. 20 before it is dry. Then spray the top of the bottle with spray glue and sprinkle with gold glitter.
Cut wide silk ribbon so it can be twisted around the bottle as shown. Glue with glue chair the tape together where it intersects.
Tie 2 loops to a thinner ribbon and glue the two loops together crosswise. Glue the loop crosses on the wide band as shown with the glue gun.
Find some decoration and glue it in the middle of the loop crosses. Cut a little artificial spruce into small pieces with a pair of pliers and glue them on, 2-3 pieces, on with the glue gun.
Spray with light hand spray glue over the decoration and sprinkle with snow glitter.
If you like, you can glue a flag on during the decoration. Finally, put candles in the bottle and the candlestick is finished. Easy and quick. Have fun; 0)
